Origin of the project
EndoVx is a public-private collaborative project led by Marie Lannelongue Hospital. It aims to reinvent endovascular aortic surgery through the development of innovative diagnostic and treatment solutions. EndoVx was selected in 2021 as a laureate of the 5th wave of the ANR’s RHU (Hospital-University Research) call for projects and received funding under the France 2030 Investment Plan.

Marie Lannelongue Hospital: a Center of Excellence in Vascular Care
The Fondation Hôpital Saint-Joseph, France’s foremost private non-profit healthcare institution, oversees two hospitals: Paris-Saint-Joseph Hospital, a general hospital located in Paris’s 14th arrondissement, and Marie Lannelongue Hospital in Plessis-Robinson. Marie Lannelongue is an internationally renowned center of excellence for the treatment of cardiac, thoracic, and vascular diseases in both pediatric and adult patients.
At the heart of its vascular and endovascular surgery center, a team of 20 specialists – conducted by Professor Haulon – leads the way in endovascular treatment of complex aortic aneurysms, performing over 250 procedures annually.
Marie Lannelongue Hospital is also a pioneer in surgical innovation, supported by expert teams and a dedicated medical research department specialized in innovation management, preclinical and clinical evaluation, and continuous professional training.
World-class consortium
EndoVx offers an integrated solution for faster and personalized treatment of aortic aneurysms, combining AI, 3D printing, digital and physical simulation. This project is built around four key pillars, each led by recognized experts in their fields. These pillars are designed to enhance the patient journey, focusing on precision, safety, and personalized care throughout the process.
DIGITAL PLATFORM
A digital platform enables automated diagnostics and endograft implantation simulation, leveraging the expertise of leading players in AI-driven medical imaging and vascular digital simulation.





ENDOPROSTHESES
An innovative manufacturing process has been developed to produce custom endografts quickly, through a collaboration between academic research and industry partners.
